DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night with three of the greatest minds (opinion only of the event organisers) to talk about our mental health and some tools we can put in place to not only survive but to thrive. This event is for young adults\, but anyone is welcome to come and hear wisdom from some incredible people working in the mental health world.\nOur three panelists are Dr. Neil Yorke\, Psychiatrist at Nelson Hospital\, Anna Newman\, Educational Psychologist working in local schools\, and Karen Davidson\, Pūkenga Kaiwhakahaere (Site Manager) and Health Nurse of Te Piki Oranga.\nThere will be space to ask our panelists some of those curly questions you have. We have created a short google form for anyone that wants to ask a question so we can ask them on the night.
